DIGITISING AND SETUP COST

This is a one-off cost for the digitising and template setup prior to bespoke embroidery* being applied (*additional cost).

Logo can be supplied to us in either PDF or JPEG formats.

We will then mock up the design and confirm with the customer before proceeding with the digitisation and template set up.

Once digitisation is complete the logo template is then set up and the cost of the embroidery can be calculated depending on the size of the logo and the number of stitches required.

We will then liaise with the customer to confirm the cost of embroidery and how to proceed with the order for the bespoke item.

All shirts with bespoke embroidery added are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged – please see Returns and Exchanges section for full terms and conditions.
