Portugal

When delivering to Portugal an Addressee Identification Reference Number is needed. Please supply your NIF number by adding it to the notes section at checkout.

NIFs are issued by the Portuguese Tax and Customs Authority (Autoridade Tributária e Aduaneira – AT). They consist of nine digits unique to each individual. You can find your NIF on all correspondence from the tax authorities. The number also appears on the citizen ID card for Portuguese citizens.

SOUTH AFRICA DELIVERY

Deliveries to South Africa via Royal Mail Business Signed For service seem to be taking longer than usual.

We have noticed that deliveries via our usual postal service (Royal Mail) are taking between 4-5 weeks to be delivered once dispatched. All deliveries will need to be processed by South Africa Customs before being released to South Africa Post for final delivery and this seems to have caused delays.

We can also offer EXPD Air Courier service which states deliveries will be made in 2-3 days as long as there are no delays with Customs.

Any order over 2KG (3-4 shirts) will usually need to be sent via EXPD.  If you would prefer to use the cheaper Royal Mail service for orders over 2KG we can split the postage and send multiple shirts out in 2 packages. Please email us at [email protected] to find out more.
