The Clapham Rovers 1871 T-shirt is made with a heavyweight organic combed cotton which gives it a hard wearing yet soft and comfortable finish.
A classic crew neck and a semi-fitted cut ensure a flattering fit, whilst the traditional block print of the distinctive elephant and castle logo and the formation date of the club gives the T-shirt crisp, stylish detailing.

CLAPHAM ROVERS F.C.
Founder member of the Rugby Football Union.
Founded in 1869 and boasting a membership of 110.
The Rovers played on Clapham Common.
They played Association rules one week and Rugby the next.
Clapham Rovers are the only Rugby club to have won the FA Cup (1880).
In 1876 they moved grounds to Wandsworth Common and used the ‘Hope Tavern’ as their headquarters.
Clapham Rovers was disbanded in 1896.
