The Gresham 1874 vintage rugby shirt is made with a quality heavyweight slub cotton which gives the shirt a hard wearing yet soft and comfortable retro style finish. This British vintage ‘old school’ shirt combines heritage colour dyes with a distressed wash to produce a nicely worn-in look and feel. The Gresham 1874 rugby shirt is completed with the red embroidered GFC monogram and the founding date.

Gresham F.C. founded in 1874 with about 40 members. They played at Peckham Rye, 15 minutes walk from Peckham Rye Station and changed at the ‘Edinborough Castle’ on Nunhead Lane. They played in navy shirts with a GFC monogram in red on the left breast.
