This British vintage ‘old school’ shirt combines heritage colour dyes with a distressed wash to produce a nicely worn-in look and feel. The Gryffin 1876 rugby shirt is completed with the yellow griffin embroidered logo and the founding date.

Gryffin R.F.C. founded in 1876 with about 40 members They played at a private field opposite the ‘Askew Arms’ Uxbridge Road ten minutes walk from Shepherd’s Bush Station. They changed at the ‘Askew Arms’ and wore black shirts with a yellow griffin on the left breast.
