Covid-19 update

Black&Blue1871 is an online business and we remain open.  Please be aware that our normal delivery times may be affected due to the global outbreak of COVID-19.

Shirts that require logo embroidery or number patches may take 1-2 weeks to process and so delivery may be slower than normal. Due to high demand and the need for facemasks our embroiderer has a backlog of work and so shirt embroidery may be delayed as a result.

We thank you for your support and patience while we prepare your orders for delivery. We will update you once your order is ready to be shipped.

From the 1st July 2021, EU VAT rules are changing please see the following page for more information - Delivery

The vintage Mohicans 1871 rugby shirt is made with a heavyweight slub cotton which gives the shirt a hard wearing yet soft and comfortable retro style finish.

This vintage ‘old school’ shirt combines heritage colour dyes with a distressed wash to produce a nicely worn-in look and feel.

The letter ‘M’ is sewn on to a square patch on the back of the shirt in recognition that letters, as well as numbers, were used in the past.

This classic Mohicans 1871 rugby shirt is inspired by the founding members of the RFU.

All our vintage rugby shirts come packaged in a stylish Black&Blue1871 cotton drawstring bag.

Beautiful authentic heavyweight jersey that looked great to begin with and looks better the older it gets. And it has a letter M on the back, What’s not to like?
