The Sky Rockets 1871 rugby shirt is completed with two orange rockets crossed embroidered on the left breast and the founding date.

Sky Rockets F.C. founded in 1871 with about 100 members. They played on Hackney Downs, five minutes walk from Hackney Station. The members changed at the ‘Down’s Hotel’ on Down’s Road East. They played in blue shirts with orange rockets crossed on the left breast. The Sky Rockets later changed their name to ‘Rockets F.C’.
